Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he joined in 2007. The church is also the director of pastoral care in the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
