Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme, France was born on the 9th August, 1976. Audrey was the eldest child in a family of four. Since a young age, her dentist surgeon parents and her teacher mom supported her love of drama and theater. This passion that overshadowed her initial wish to be the first primatologist. At the age of a young lady the rise to fame was rapid and marked with the beginning of her successes. After completing her studies She was a part of the French television show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers that was sponsored by Canal+. She won the Most Outstanding Young Actress prize at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors in the year 2000. She then began a career as an actress. Though she was a student at The Institut Catholique de Paris and was a member of the church during her childhood, Tautou has stayed away from the Catholic tradition, saying that she is not officially Catholic. She pursued a career in modeling along with her acting career. She is the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel often referred to as The Chanel Muse. She is a keen photographer and produced a recent exhibition in The Arles International Festival titled Superficial. Her photography is focused on famous people, the media and press that scrutinised her following her rise to fame with Amelie. There are also numerous photographs of her self. Audrey Tautou rose to fame and fame with her starring role in Le Fabuleux Destin of Amelie Poulain. Amelie gained international attention for its box office success. The film was also recognized in award ceremonies all over the globe. It's the biggest French film in the history of French language to be made to be released in the US. Later, in the same year, she appeared in British dramas, including Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Junet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. In the following year, she moved to Hollywood where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
